What we do.

We started by solving this for ourselves: reading every incoming document, understanding it, and turning it into finished work inside a real ERP. That engine, proven in production, is now IDMS: an intelligence layer any ERP can bolt on.

Good software shouldn't be thrown away because it isn't "AI." The smarter move is to modernise it. We keep your system as the source of truth and add the brain around it, with your data kept in Switzerland, and every decision explainable.

IDMS is built so a sceptical CTO and a compliance officer both sign off. Your data stays in Switzerland, every action is logged, and nothing is ever posted silently.

Data residency in Switzerland

Stored and processed in Zürich (eu-central-2). Your data never leaves the country.

Encrypted in transit & at rest

TLS in transit, strong encryption at rest. Secrets and keys managed separately.

DSGVO & CH-DSG by design

Compliant with GDPR and the revised Swiss Data Protection Act, not bolted on after.

Your data is never training data

We never train shared models on your documents. Your data works only for you.

Least-privilege access & audit trail

Role-based access. Every value is traced to its source and every action is logged.

Reversible by design

The source system is never modified, and nothing posts without approval. Switch IDMS off and nothing changes.
